    It's really difficult to find a good Thai food as I am Thai but I have to say that I have found one of my favor dish at Thai I am is a "Betel Leaf Parcel" OMG, I am so impressed with this amazing dish. Deliver is a bit late (20 mins late). The other dishes that I ordered which is Som-Tum, Pad si-ew, Red curry was not special. Fish cake is good.     Food was nice and delicious! MasMan Curry was well packaged... zero spillage! The thai fish cakes were superb. They threw in a bag of free crackers and they delivered 15mins earlier than their estimated time of delivery. Very happy !!   (James - September, 2012)

    Very tatsy food

    Only small complaint was that the salt and pepper squid was a little soggy instead of being crispy. That was due to it "sweating" inside a plastic container I'd say.

    First time orderer and I am pretty particular about my Thai. My usual restaurant of the past 10-15 years has just closed, and this was my first attempt at finding a new place.       This is the first time I've been to Thai IM and I did have my reservations going to a Thai place in Parramatta area. Let me say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff a warm and friendly and very attentive (without feeling you are being watched), the food is delicious and authentic and I must say BIG value for money! My only regret was the entree and main I had ordered was so generous (and delicious I ate it all) that I was too full to try the dessert! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a nice night out after some good hearty thai dishes but not having to travel so far to get it.       Eating at Thai I M is always a pleasure. As soon as you walk in to the place, you'll feel the relaxing ambiance which will put you right at ease. While waiting for your order, the staff are very friendly and helpful in seeing to it that you don't get bored by serving your drinks and refilling your glasses. Once the food arrives, you'll be greeted by the divine aroma of the different herbs and spices they used on your dish and I swear that my mouth start to water each and every time! The food servings are also more than adequate for one person so friends and families can enjoy sharing and tasting what the others have ordered. Ambiance is also nice because it's quiet enough that you can talk to each other and not be bothered by loud songs. I will definitely go back here.   (March, 2010)

      be sure to bring an empty stomach and a hearty appetite when you visit this place because their food is just great that you'd want to try everything and lick your plates clean. the place is also very relaxed and quiet that you can enjoy your food with friends and family just savor every bite. the staff is also very friendly and helpful, from explaining what each dish is and what would go best with what to refilling your glasses. price is very reasonable. this place is a gem.   (See my reviews (10) - March, 2010)

      Its my second time eating out in Thai I M and me and family enjoy the food and good service provided by the staff. The food is excellent,the ambience is so nice and quiet,people can enjoy talking to each other before and after meal. All the food is value for money. My relative came from Germany was so impress. All the complaint is they all full.       Food was really nice. Certainly a nice venue. We went on a Sunday and there were only a couple of other tables of diners so atmosphere was a little quiet. Given the small number of customers you would expect the service to have been really great. We had to keep chasing our waitress for everything (taking the order, getting drinks, the bill). There seemed to be plenty of staff so not sure what was going on. At one stage the staff were obviously having an arguement in the kitchen, which was open to the dining room. Food was good value for money.

      I get this impression this may have been on off night. We'd probably go again, maybe on a Friday or Saturday and see if it was any better.   (December, 2008)

      Do not order the "Signature dish" of crocodile as the service staff had absoloutley no idea what it was and the confused look on the chefs face instantly made me believe that crocodile is not what I would have received had I ordered that dish.

      As a Sth Westie I have always traveled to inner city Thai Est. for fear of Chinese imitators posing as rip off authentic Thai cusine esp. in the Western region...       When we moved into this area we were keen to find a 'local' for our regular thai meals and by chance found this one just a little up the road from the main street restaurants. Having tried others this is still the only one we frequent! The owner is charm personified, with a delightful smile every time we visit. The food is consistently what we expect from this wonderful restaurant! We had a 50th celebration there and Max couldnt possibly have been more accommodating!   (See my reviews (2) - June, 2008)
